CAH Welcomes Project Manager

Jamie Scanlon joined the Collaboratory Against Hate (CAH) this past fall as Project Manager. In her new role, Jamie will work with the leadership team to build multidisciplinary research, foster growth, and manage daily operations and budget.

She joined Carnegie Mellon University in 2018 as Project Administrator for CyLab. At CyLab, she was part of the partnership team where she managed initiatives, events, and conferences. In March of 2021, she joined CAH and split her time with CyLab. Jamie felt a strong desire to work with the Collaboratory Against Hate as she saw the rise of hateful idealisms in our world. She wanted to be a part of changing the narrative and supporting these efforts.

Jamie is also an undergraduate student at Dietrich College at Carnegie Mellon University. She is working towards her bachelor's degree in policy and management. In her free time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family, dogs and traveling.
